Buckle up, because version 20 of Redwood Industrial is here and is loaded with great updates for you!
Check out this video to get an actual walkthrough of all of the items included in this update:
1) Updated the Two-Column Image/Text module with a new ICON option! Now, in the area where you setup text elements, you'll find an optional Icon field where you can select from the Font Awesome options fed by HubSpot and put an icon with the title. Then on the styles tab, you can set the color of the icon, an optional background color for a box behind the icon, and if the icon shows above the title or to the left of it. Nice. :) You can see this in action on the About Company page of the Redwood Industrial demo site.
2) Updated the Accordion module with new Icon options! On each Question/Title of an accordion item, you can now optionally select a Font Awesome icon to display to the left of that title! You can style the size and color of the icon as well as add a colored background box behind it if you'd like. You can see this in action on the home page of the Redwood Industrial demo site.
3) Updated the Recent Blog Posts module with a new layout option of showing ONE post per row for new "stacked" option. Instead of a card, the post details show in a horizontal layout with the image to the left and the text elements to the right. Use this option to show one featured or latest post, or stack multiple items in a new layout variation!
4) Added new Transparent Header style options in the theme styles area! You can now enable a top gradient at the very top of the page to add more color contrast, making your menu text easier to read. Set the color and opacity and also control the transparent menu link color.
5) Updated the Testimonial Slider module with new options to align the main text and to vertically align the image. Also, we fixed an issue that affected some users on mobile display when the image was too small.
6) Added a new Style Guide template! You can create a page using this template and have a nice visual of your core theme styling options!
7) Updated the Team Repeater module so the person's name and title never have any text decoration (like underlines), even if you have the site configured to underline regular text links.
8) Updated the header to allow usage with a CTA banner displayed at the top of the page for announcements and such. This didn't work well before if you used the sticky header option. Now, it works great! See the update video for more details!
9) Fixed the core HubSpot Divider module as the alignment setting on the module wasn't working due to a conflict with the theme.
10) Fixed the form terms checkbox styling to match the rest of the terms text.
11) Fixed the form help/error text as it was hard-coded to use the Tertiary Color. Now the existing theme style option handles this correctly.
12) Fixed the footer text alignment that was hard-coded to be centered on mobile. Now, you have the power.
13) Fixed styling for the Last Menu Item button styling option where there was potential variation between transparent and sticky header states.
14) Fixed the Simple Menu module that has a vertical/horizontal selection. The horizontal option was not working.
15) Removed the hard-coded padding that was added to the header at less than 991 pixel screen size.
